The former Orchard Hotel Shopping Arcade now houses Hua Ting Steamboat which features over 150 dishes and 8 soup bases at affordable prices.
Hua Ting Steamboats competes with the existing hotpot dining scene with premium ingredients and flavourful soup bases that are carefully prepared fresh on a daily basis.
