The seven-course tasting menu is ideal for mothers who have a penchant for traditional delights. Indulge in traditional classics like the nourishing Double-boiled Sea Cucumber, Bamboo Piths and Fish Maw Soup that brings to mind the nostalgic goodness of home cooked soup and Steamed Sea Perch Fillet with a buttery smooth flavour enhanced by the aroma and texture from Preserved Vegetables. For added indulgence, Stewed Inaniwa Udon with Lobster in Octopus Broth that has been simmered in a flavourful broth will definitely tantalise yourpalate.
Over Mother’s Day weekend on 9 and 10 May 2015, Hai Tien Lo’s popular Weekend Dim Sum Brunch (S$88 per person) will feature delicate handcrafted snacks that will touch the hearts of all guests.
