Allegedly the sleepiest city of Australia, Adelaide is getting her first internationally branded luxury hotel to be built in the city in nearly three decades - the Sofitel Adelaide. Slated to open in 2018, the $140 million development will be the sixth Sofitel in Australia and the first in South Australia.
Forming a part of Palumbo's 106 Currie Street prestigious development, Sofitel Adelaide, standing at 32 storeys high, will be the tallest residential development in South Australia. The top eight levels of this majestic tower will house 80 apartments and the remaining floors to comprise of the hotel's suites and other facilities. Sofitel Adelaide will include 250 rooms and suites, with extensive leisure and business facilities, including a restaurant, four bars, ballroom, swimming pool, health and fitness centre, meeting and conference rooms and a signature Sofitel Club Lounge
