Specially handpicked by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India for an upcoming exciting Indian Food Festival, two award-winning Master Chefs will be bringing the authentic flavours of Awadh Cuisine to you at the Orchard Hotel.
Master Chefs Rubal Pupneja and Mohd Salim are both from the world renowned Ashok Hotel in New Delhi. Trained in the Royal Kitchens of Lucknow and have cooked for Royalty, Prime Ministers, and other Heads of State, the two renowned Master Chefs will present the very best of Awadhi in an authentic spread of Salads, Soups, Main Dishes, Snacks and Desserts at the Orchard Hotel.
