Celebrate Singapore's birthday with an unforgettable durian-inspired Afternoon Tea at the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore for the whole month of August. Specially presented by Executive Pastry Chef Yong Ming Choong, the one month only special menu will feature dishes like the refreshing lemongrass barley jello, poached chicken roulade with chilli and ginger, fried carrot cake, beef rendang pot pie, and finally (and more importantly), the extravagant experience with three tiers of desserts, D24 durian tea cake, durian crème brulee, durian scones, gula Melaka durian soufflé roll amongst many others.
