Once in a while, something exciting pops up in the Singapore culinary scene. From 17 to 27 August 2015, the famous Candlenut will be collaborating with the kitchen table in W Singapore Sentosa Cove to bring to you a special Peranakan-themed Food from the Heart experience from Monday to Thursday.
Those of you who have already been to or heard about Candlenut will know about Chef Malcolm's success at the Dorsett Residences. Elevating the Peranakan cuisine to greater heights with modern interpretations of old age delicacies, this new collaboration will fit perfectly into the kitchen table's dining philosophy.
With six live cooking stations and a wide array of selections at Food from the Heart, this is definitely one dining opportunity you do not want to miss (especially if you love Peranakan food). Other notable dishes include the Buah Keluak Prawns, Sambal Petai Sotong, Beef Rendang and Chendol Cream.
