The Grand Hyatt Singapore is one of my favourite hotels in Singapore and the poolside restaurant, Oasis, is one of these hidden gems in Singapore that I love finding out about. Oasis runs a BBQ Buffet Dinner (with the option of free-flowing alcohol) on a daily basis which features a wide selection of freshly-grilled meats and seafood from 5:30PM to 9:00PM.
Between now until 02 October 2016, savour a mouth-watering spread of Vietnamese favourites at The Fullerton Hotel, Singapore's Town Restaurant as three guest chefs from the luxurious The Nam Hai, Hoi An in Vietnam bring some of the region's best to our sunny island. This dinner-only buffet will be made available for a short period of time only so if you are a huge fan of Vietnamese cuisine, be sure to head on down to check it out.
One of the lesser known Japanese restaurants in Singapore, Hokkaido Sushi (located on level 9 of M Hotel Singapore), has recently introduced The Hokkaido Buffet Experience that includes most of the restaurant's signature dishes and air flown sashimi at a single price.
For a very limited time only, enjoy The Great Thai Feast at Seasonal Tastes while looking out to spectacular views from The Westin Singapore! This dinner-only buffet will run until 31 July 2016 so be sure to get in quick to enjoy this Thai-themed buffet. These authentic Thai dishes are presented by Seasonal Tastes’ Sous Chef Sedtapat Sukpaisanpongsa, alongside Chef Kamonwan Juntarasert and Chef Sittha Sa-Nguansat which brings the ubiquitous street food of Thailand (and perennial favorites from lesser known regions) to Singapore.
Eat Through The Week is the latest promotion at J65 (located within the Hotel Jen Tanglin Singapore). Edge at the Pan Pacific Singapore is one of Singapore's best buffet spots - the variety is just incredible (you can NEVER eat everything in one visit) and the price is reasonable for what you are getting - Hooked @ Edge which features a wide selection of fresh seafood has always been a crowd favourite on Wednesdays and Thursdays each week! The newly-released Surf & Turf dinner buffet replaces the previous Cuts @ Edge dinner promotion that runs every Tuesday. In short, you can now enjoy the best of both worlds (seafood and meats) on Tuesday at the Pan Pacific Singapore.
10 at Claymore (Pan Pacific Orchard) is bringing back the Omi Wagyu Beef from Japan this August and September 2016 - enjoy this exquisite and prized beef shabu-shabu style! Beef lovers will be able to indulge in the beautifully-marbled meat that is well-known for melting in your mouth.

Anyone that has been to Melt Cafe (located inside the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore) knows that the Indian food there is amazing (even on a normal day!). So when I got news that Indian Specialty Chef Santosh Kumar is currently showcasing a wider variety of Indian cuisine at the Melt Cafe from 16 to 31 May 2016, you can imagine my excitement! While there isn't a wine-pairing dinner this year (unlike last year), you should still expect a feast to remember.
