This year, seafood-lovers can look forward to the Superior Fish Maw and Cod Fish Dumpling (S$28.80) which comes with cod fish fillet and slithers of superior fish maw alongside dried scallops and salted egg yolks. The Truffle and Pork Belly Dumpling (S$18.80) is great for truffle-lovers as it combines the succulent pork belly with preserved Chinese sausages with truffle. The Xin Cuisine Home-made Traditional Dumpling is perfect for those that prefer the original flavours (S$12.80 for one, S$58.00 for six) and it comes with the braised five-spiced pork belly, mushroom, shrimp and salted egg yolk.
