In conjunction with The Ritz-Carlton’s Stellar Dining Series, The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore will be presenting a series of gastronomic events from 01 November 2018 to 04 November 2018 - the whole journey begins in Singapore and it will continue through to Osaka, Hong Kong and Beijing from 01 November 2018 to 01 December 2018.
The Stellar Dining Series has been designed as a celestial journey of four gastronomic festivals that celebrate The Ritz-Carlton’s legendary culinary craftsmanship and innovation. Each destination will feature collaborative menus handcrafted by culinary talents from Hong Kong, Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Singapore and Guangzhou. From 1 November to 4 November 2018, The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore will be the setting of a cosmic collaboration between Michelin-starred chefs Paul Lau, Gordon Guo and Cheung Siu Kong. The stellar line-up will include a visual afternoon tea menu by celebrated pâtissier Richard Long and cocktail experiences by mixologist Oscar Mena.
Savour an exquisite selection of à la carte dim sum and specialty dishes from Chef Paul Lau of the Two Michelin Star Tin Lung Heen at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong; Chef Gordon Guo of One Michelin Star Lai Heen at The Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou; and Chef Cheung Siu Kong of the One Michelin Star Summer Pavilion. Lunch menu highlights include the baked Yoshihama abalone puff; tiger grouper with kumquat peels; bird’s nest dumpling with caviar; deep-fried taro with scallop, chicken and black caviar; and the poached rice with lobster meat and quinoa:
