Malaysia Airlines Golden Lounge at Satellite (KUL) Closed for Upgrades until 30 January 2018

There are a number of oneworld lounges in Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and the main one operated by Malaysia Airlines (the Malaysia Airlines Golden Lounge located at the Satellite Terminal) has been closed for upgrades - it is slated to complete on 30 January 2018. The upgrading of the Golden Lounge is in line with ongoing efforts to improve the overall travel experience of their front-end guests.

The refurbishment will include major enhancements which will give the Golden Lounge a completely new look and feel, a refreshed layout and include improvements to the washrooms and dining areas. Passengers with eligible lounge access rights may consider one of the following lounges during the period of renovation: 

  • Malaysia Airlines Regional Lounge
  • Malaysia Airports CIP Lounge
  • Cathay Pacific Lounge
