First Class Enhancements on Singapore Airlines - New Champagne (Taittinger Comtes De Champagne), New Amenity Kits and Enhanced Caviar Service
Starting from 27 October 2019, Singapore Airlines Customers traveling in First Class will be able to enjoy the exquisite taste of Taittinger Comtes de Champagne. This rare and celebrated Champagne will join the other two prestige cuvées offered in First Class - Dom Pérignon and Krug Grand Cuvée. Comtes de Champagne will first be served on flights to Auckland, Beijing, Delhi, Dubai, Melbourne, Mumbai, Seoul, Shanghai, Sydney and Tokyo (Haneda) from 27 October 2019 to February 2020, before being rotated to other routes.

The introduction of Comtes de Champagne joins SIA’s other upcoming First Class enhancements. From mid-November 2019, customers can look forward to special edition unisex amenity kits with a new series of the iconic crystal fishes from renowned luxury French crystal-maker Lalique. From 2020, First Class customers can also look forward to an enhanced caviar service that will be expanded to more flights.
Qantas has finally put dates on its status overhaul. Rollovers and ground earning arrive 8 December 2026, Points Club and Green Tier are being retired, and Jetstar Classic Upgrades launch in September from 37,000 points.
