A Hyatt affiliate has entered into a management agreement with CES Pirie Hotel (SA) Pty Ltd., an entity wholly owned by Chip Eng Seng Corporation Limited, to develop a new Hyatt Regency in Adelaide. This brand new 295-room property will mark the return of a Hyatt-branded hotel to operate in Adelaide as well as the brand's expansion across Australia. With construction planned to commence in 2020, the Hyatt Regency Adelaide is slated to open in early 2023.
The Hyatt Regency brand offers a stress-free environment for event, leisure and business travelers alike to enjoy a productive and energized experience. Guests can enjoy a seamless and intuitive service alongside refreshing food and beverage concepts and flexible spaces suited for work, collaboration or relaxation. When completed, the hotel will offer facilities including more than 8,000 square feet (750 square meters) of event space, a Market Café, a Regency Club, swimming pool, fitness facilities and a rooftop bar.
The Capri by Fraser, Johor Bahru is one of the nicest and newest properties in Johor Bahru with a Club Lounge that is dressed to impress. The location of the property is great on the map but it is rather difficult to walk to places of interest. However, the hotel runs a free shuttle that will take guests to shopping malls like The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey!
