World of Hyatt members may purchase up to 55,000 points in a calendar year and you must be a member for at least 60 days to purchase or receive Bonus Points. Bonus points (30% in this case) do not count towards the annual limit of 55,000 so if you were to purchase the maximum number of points, you are looking at USD 1,320 for 71,500 points (inclusive of the 30% bonus).

With peak and off-peak pricing, you may redeem for a free night at a Category 1 property with just 3,500 points - this will cost you approximately USD 65 a night if you were to purchase these points at a 30% bonus right now. Do note that some Category 1 properties like the Grand Hyatt Bali and the Hyatt Regency Bali can get pretty expensive when you book them via a cash rate so this is actually quite a great way to save on your stays regardless of whether you have status in the World of Hyatt program or not.
