It is fantastic that Hilton Honors runs these global promotions one after another so members can continue to benefit from bonus points during their stays - other loyalty programs like World of Hyatt and Marriott Bonvoy tend to have gaps between global promotions which makes it tempting for point enthusiasts to switch out their travel plans. Members who register for the promotion and stay in a participating resort during the promotional period will earn 4,000 bonus points per stay, which may be pretty substantial, but it is most rewarding for short stays since the average number of bonus points goes down with each consecutive night.
For non-resort stays, members will receive 2,000 bonus points per stay under the new global promotion which is a nice perk but definitely not attractive enough to make me want to cancel my existing bookings (with other hotel chains) to take advantage of the promotion. If you have an American Express card, you might have saved a Hilton offer a while back which will allow you to enjoy a statement credit of S$80 back when you spend at least S$400 (essentially a 20% cashback) across participating outlets within Conrad Centennial Singapore, Hilton Garden Inn Singapore Serangoon, and Hilton Singapore Orchard. Booking a Hilton Impresario rate at the Conrad Centennial Singapore via a luxury travel agent like ClassicTravel.com or HoteLux will allow you to enjoy additional perks like USD 100 property credit, double points, and breakfast for free while paying the best flexible rate.
Planning a beach day can seem simple, but unexpected issues often arise. Mornington Peninsula’s beaches are popular, which means dealing with potential crowds, fluctuating weather, and poor preparation can easily ruin your outing. Arriving late might lead to parking challenges, and picking the wrong beach can limit your planned activities. Many forget important items that could make or break their beach experience, leading to stress and missed opportunities for relaxation.
