Get S$3 Back with S$10 Spend (up to 5X per American Express Card) across Participating Businesses in Singapore - 1 to 31 August 2023
American Express is bringing Shop Small back for the fourth year, offering card members to receive a S$3 statement credit with a minimum spend of S$10 (in a single transaction), up to five times per registered card, across over 3,500 participating businesses in Singapore from 1-31 August 2023. As part of this initiative, a Shop Small Pop-up Market featuring 16 local businesses will also open from 25 September 2023 to 1 October 2023 at Suntec City Atrium (Tower 1 and 2).

The Shop Small offer needs to be saved to your American Express Card(s) and you will receive a S$3 statement credit each time you spend S$10 or more at over 3,500 participating businesses island-wide from 1-31 August 2023, up to five times per registered card.
Shop Small is a movement founded by American Express in 2010 in the US to ignite passion for small and local businesses, call attention to the valuable contributions they make to their communities and the economy and encourage shoppers to support them. This is the fourth year American Express is bringing Shop Small to Singapore.
