Qantas Twice as Rewarding – Earn Double Points or Status Credits (Book by 2 March 2026)
Qantas has just launched its latest Twice as Rewarding promotion, offering members a choice between double Qantas Points or double Status Credits on all eligible new flight bookings. This is arguably the most anticipated Qantas offer of the year, particularly for those looking to fast-track their way to Silver, Gold, or Platinum status. To take advantage of this offer, you must register and make your selection via the Qantas App or website before making any new bookings between 24 February 2026 and 2 March 2026.

Which Flights are Eligible?
The promotion applies to all new bookings made within the promotional period for travel between 3 March 2026 and 12 February 2027. To qualify, the flight must be operated by Qantas and marketed under a QF flight number.
The following flights are also considered eligible:
QantasLink flights
Finnair/Qantas lease flights
Qantas domestic flights operated by select third-party operators (Alliance Airlines, National Jet Express, Airlink, Eastern Australian Airlines, and Sunstate Airlines).

Flights operated by partner airlines or codeshare partners (such as Emirates or Jetstar) are strictly not eligible for this promotion, even if they carry a QF flight number in some instances.
Double Points vs. Double Status Credits: Which Should You Choose?
The choice depends entirely on your travel goals for the year:
Double Status Credits: This is generally the preferred choice for most enthusiasts. It is the most efficient way to reach a higher tier (e.g., moving from Gold to Platinum) or to retain your current status with half the usual flying. Crucially, these bonus Status Credits do count towards Lifetime Status, though they do not count towards the Loyalty Bonus or Status Accelerator/Challenge requirements.
Double Qantas Points: If you already have your status secured or you primarily fly on Oneworld partners, opting for double points can help pad your balance for your next premium cabin redemption.
