ALL Accor+ Explorer Fee Increases to S$329 From 1 October 2026

Accor has begun emailing ALL Accor+ Explorer members with news of a price rise. From 1 October 2026, the annual membership fee in Singapore goes up to S$329, from the current S$299. Existing members can avoid the increase for one more year by switching on auto-renewal by 30 September 2026, and anyone still sitting on the fence has until 7 September 2026 to join at the old rate with a complimentary S$40 dining voucher attached.

The increase is S$30 a year, or roughly 10%. It is not a benefits change, and nothing in the membership itself is being cut as part of this announcement. Accor has framed it as a straightforward repricing as the network expands, most notably with the programme's rollout into Japan on 1 July 2026. One detail worth flagging. Accor notes that the fee you pay is based on your country of residence, and that the price may differ depending on where you originally signed up. If you bought your membership in another market, check your own renewal notice rather than assuming the Singapore numbers apply - but it will be increasing regardless.

How To Lock In The S$299 Rate

The mechanic is auto-renewal. Turn it on before 30 September 2026 and leave it on through your next payment date, and Accor will charge you S$299 for your next membership year instead of S$329.

The condition that matters is the second half of the sentence. The rate is only protected if auto-renewal remains enabled right up to the payment date. Switching it on now and switching it off in November to "think about it" will forfeit the locked rate, and you will be quoted S$329 when you come back. If you are reasonably confident you want another year, turn it on. If you are genuinely undecided, calendar a reminder a week before your renewal date so the decision is deliberate rather than automatic.

For anyone who does not hold the membership yet, the timing is unusually good. Accor is running an acquisition campaign until 7 September 2026 giving new members a complimentary dining voucher worth S$40 in Singapore. There is no registration form and no stay requirement. Buy the membership within the window and the voucher lands in your ALL Accor app account. I covered the full mechanics of that promotion here. Stack the two deadlines and a new membership bought this week costs S$299, comes with S$40 back in dining credit, and can have its renewal fee locked at S$299 for a second year if you switch auto-renewal on straight away. That is an effective S$259 for year one and S$299 for year two, against a list price that will be S$329 from October.

ALL Accor+ Explorer Benefits

The benefits are unchanged by this announcement:

• Stay Plus free nights: one free night when you stay two or more nights, twice a year, at over 1,400 hotels across Asia Pacific and the UAE.

• Red Hot Rooms: member-only rates of up to 50% off.

• Dining: 30% off food and 15% off drinks for a table of up to 10 guests at more than 1,750 restaurants and 1,250 bars.

• Status: ALL Accor Gold, including 30 Status Nights credited each membership year.

• Room discounts: 15% off stays at more than 5,000 Accor properties worldwide.‍ ‍

The Stay Plus certificates continue to carry the membership. Two of them used at a Sofitel or a Fairmont in Bangkok, Danang or Sydney will clear a S$329 fee comfortably. The caveats I have raised before still apply. The free night applies to the most expensive night with Stay Plus availability, which is not necessarily the most expensive night of your booking, and blackout dates now apply.‍ The dining benefit is the part that has lost its lustre. Under the old Accor Plus structure it was 50% off when two people dined together. It is now a flat 30% regardless of table size, which is still useful in Singapore given how many Accor restaurants sit in the CBD and along the river, but it is no longer the headline reason to hold the card.

Is It Worth Renewing At S$329?

The maths has not moved much. S$329 is roughly the cost of one paid night at a mid-tier Accor property in Singapore, so the membership pays for itself the moment you use a single Stay Plus certificate on a night worth more than that. If you take one or two Asia Pacific trips a year and are willing to put a couple of nights into Accor properties, the answer is still yes.‍ Where I would pause is if you are the sort of traveller who spreads stays across World of Hyatt, Marriott Bonvoy and Hilton Honors and books whatever is cheapest. A subscription fee is a fixed cost that only rewards concentration. A 10% price rise on a product you were struggling to justify at S$299 is a reasonable moment to let it lapse.

One more option worth remembering before you pay anything. The DBS Vantage Card, Standard Chartered Beyond Card (if you are Priority Private customer) and American Express HighFlyer Card each come with a complimentary ALL Accor+ Explorer membership. If you already hold one of these, or the annual fee on one of them makes sense for other reasons, the fee increase is not your problem at all.

If you are an existing member and you know you are staying, switch auto-renewal on before 30 September and save yourself S$30. If you have been meaning to join, the 7 September window gives you the old price and S$40 of dining credit, which is the best combination on offer this year. If neither applies, there is no urgency here. Wait, watch for the next acquisition promotion, and buy in when your travel calendar actually justifies it.
