STAR WARS fans have rejoiced over the R2-D2™ ANA JET last year but now Japan's largest airline has announced the inaugural flight of the final of three aircraft that is decorated in special STAR WARS livery - the BB-8™ ANA JET (Boeing 777-300). Featuring the new and adorable character from the movie Star Wars: The Force Awakens, BB-8™ ANA JET will roll out on 27 March 2016 (domestically) and commence on her first international route on 29 March 2016. 

Singapore Airlines will be operating her 6th daily flight from Singapore to Bangkok from 27 March 2016. With more flights to get you to the Land of Smiles each day, Singapore Airlines is currently running an Early Bird Fare promotion to this ever-popular city with flights from S$228. All you have to do is to book between now and 31 March 2016 to take advantage of these heavily discounted fares! 

When Singapore Airlines ran a 50% off flight redemptions promotion last year, we all thought it was crazy. Still with that being said, it was Singapore's Golden Jubilee year last year and the whole SG50 pride was in full swing. Almost everyone I know wants to get their credit card annual fees waived but if you are a miles collector (and since you are reading this article, there is a high chance that you are), it is sometimes perfectly sensible (smart even!) to pay the annual fee for your credit cards in order to earn bonus miles on your renewal. On my recent trip back to Singapore from Sydney, I managed to try out J Class (Business Class) on board the Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-300ER (Three Class). While the airlines have won multiple awards over the years for being one of the best airlines in the world, I have been told that the business cabins are truly a league above the rest.
