Trip Report: Emirates EK202 Business Class A380-800 - JFK to DXB (New York to Dubai)

After traveling from Orlando to New York, I connected in John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and made my way from Terminal 2 to Terminal 4. My previous flight was on Delta Air Lines First Class but since the airline does not have any interline agreement with Emirates, I had to collect my luggage in Terminal 2 before lugging my bags to Terminal 4 to check-in for my Emirates flight from New York to Dubai. Trip Report - Japan Airlines Business Class SKY SUITE III JL724 - KUL to NRT (Kuala Lumpur to Narita)

For this flight from Kuala Lumpur to Tokyo (Narita), I chose Seat 1K only to realise that it differs slightly from the 777-200ER which I took previously - this flight is operated on a Beoing 787-9 Dreamliner. In fact, the JA870J that I flew on was so new that the cabin products were not even retrofitted. Read about my Business Class experience on Japan Airlines’ SKY SUITE III product!

Lounge Review: Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge - Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL)

One of the many perks with traveling on Business Class is the airport lounge access that you get before your flight - some of these are impressive like The Private Room in Changi Airport (when you fly First Class or Suites with Singapore Airlines) or the Cathay Pacific Lounge in Haneda Airport. I recently travelled on Emirates' Business Class for the first time as I had to be in the US for work and I took the opportunity to check out the refurbished Emirates Lounge in Singapore Changi Airport (SIN) before my flight. Lounge Review: The Emirates Lounge - Singapore Changi Airport (SIN)

The Emirates Lounge in Terminal 1 of Singapore Changi Airport (SIN) undergone refurbishment last year for five months and the new First and Business Class lounge was unveiled in 2017. The last time that I visited this lounge was back in 2014 when I still held Qantas Frequent Flyer Gold status and the lounge was looking a lot more dated then. Since I was traveling to Dubai from Singapore in Business Class, I had access to The Emirates Lounge - this is also accessible to passengers traveling in First Class as well as Skywards Platinum and Gold members travelling in Economy Class.
