While the promotion claims that the Champagne Brunch is complimentary, the Harbour Studio usually goes for S$400++ a night for dual-occupancy (BAR) and therefore the Bed, Brunch & Bliss rate is actually S$125++ higher. With that being said, you do however get some additional benefits like a late check-out at 5pm (instead of 12pm) and 30% off hotel-operated restaurants. Advance purchase (non-cancellable) rates for the Harbour Studio is only at S$360++ a night for dual-occupancy.
