Ash & Elm is the latest and newest additional to the InterContinental Singapore's collection of dining establishments. Featuring new offerings for the festive season this year, Ash & Elm will strike up a blend of classic traditions with a touch of culinary magic while emphasising on the use of fresh ingredients. The new all-day dining venue will offer breakfast, lunch, brunch as well as dinner options (from a semi-buffet to an indulgent meal).

Christmas Semi-Buffet Lunch
(01 to 23 December 2015)

Indulge in a fine selection of appetisers and dessert buffet (S$40++) at Ash & Elm. Construct your perfect lunch experience from a selection of cold cuts terrine and pâté; indulge in your favourite cheese and crackers to kickstart the merriment. If you are feeling a little hungry, top up an additional S$10++ for a choice of main - select from a list of hearty mains such as the Chargrilled Australian Angus Beef Rib-Eye served with Mashed Potato, Sauteed Mushrooms and Black Pepper Sauce as well as Sea Bass Fillet À La Plancha with Basmati Rice, Vegetables and Lemon Beurre Blanc. Finally, finish off your lunch with a wide selection of desserts including the Salted Caramel Éclair, Panna Cotta and Strawberry Log Cake or even a piping hot dessert crepe prepared à la minute. 

Christmas A La Carte Lunch and Dinner
(01 to 30 December 2015)

If you prefer an à la carte option instead, check out the festive sharing platters at Ash & Elm in the month of December (2015) which comprises of the Grain-fed Smoked Kurobuta Black Forest Ham, Pork Belly Pancetta as well as House-Brined and Smoked Beef Pastrami. The sharing platter also comes with seafood delights such as Smoked Fish, Peppercorn, Dill Salmon and Hokkaido Scallops. Festive flat breads like the Iberico Ham and Aged Cheddar ($28++) as well as Turkey and Mushroom ($28++) are also available fresh from the 420 degree Celsius wood-fired ovens.
