The award-winning gastro-tainment restaurant, Edge, will be showcasing the versatility of meat through a range of innovative methods.
To truly savour the freshness and tenderness of meat, start your meal with a Beef Tartare or a plate of delicious Beef Carpaccio with shaved Parmesan and Arugula Salad. Fill your tummy with hearty dishes like the Wagyu Rump with Red Wine Sauce, Beef Wellington or a piece of chunky Beef Steak grilled to your preference over an open-flame. Feast yourself silly with delicious roast lamb, German pork knuckles and a range of sausages that the Pan Pacific is so famous for.
