From the month of July, Gravity Bar located on street level of the Carlton Hotel Singapore is going to be running some pretty exciting deals that you should take note of. If your office is in the City Hall area (or if you tend to hang out around this area), then you should know that the Gravity Bar has really attractive drink prices when compared to bars and restaurants nearby. 

New Signature Cocktail - Gravitate

Gravity Bar's Signature Cocktail, Gravitate

Gravitate (yes, it is indeed a play on words) is Gravity Bar’s newly-created signature cocktail. The signature cocktail is a beautiful concoction of Smirnoff Vodka, Malibu, Amaretto and lime juice before finally topping it off with crème de cassis. I had the privilege of tasting this drink and I really enjoyed how easy it was to drink. The Malibu's sweetness and unique flavour reminds me of a perfect beach vacation (and one that I so desperately need) while the tartness of crème de cassis adds a striking shade of ruby into this drink.
