Gin has gotten a lot more popular in recent years and if you are looking for an affordable to learn more about American Gins without wanting to break the bank, the Chihuly Lounge at The Ritz-Carlton, Milenia Singapore offers S$12++ G&Ts every day from 9:00AM to 1:00AM (which pretty much counts as an all-day offer to me). With a dream to 'Make Gin Great Again', The Ritz-Carlton, Milenia Singapore aims to showcase the depth and breadth of botanicals found in American gins by pairing them with uniquely-flavoured tonics and bitters.

My personal favourite has got to be the Brooklyn Gin which was paired with a delicious grapefruit tonic, lavender bitters, fresh grapefruit slices and a few stalks of lavender flower. The floral notes from the gin complemented the slightly bitter and zesty citrus notes to give create a dangerous concoction that is easy to drink but strong enough to serve its purpose.
Ransom Gin (S$12++)

The Ransom Gin is served with cardamom bitters, cardamon seeds and lime wedges - this is my second favourite gin but you will definitely have to try them to find out. I really like some of the combinations work (especially the Death's Door Gin which is paired with coriander) in the least expected ways.
If you are feeling peckish, make sure you try the 100% wagyu beef sliders here at the Chihuly Lounge - the patties were flavoured beautifully and the patties were cook to perfection. I only wish they made a man-size burger with a side of chips to go along. Absolutely delicious!
