Register for Marriott and SPG Bonus Points Offers for Stays between 27 May and 4 September 2017
Now that Starwood Hotels and Resorts is part of the greater Marriott International portfolio, it would make sense to view the brands simultaneously (especially since you get reciprocal elite benefits across SPG, Marriott Rewards and Ritz-Carlton Rewards now). For stays between 27 May 2017 and 4 September 2017, be sure to register for Marriott Rewards' MegaBonus and SPG's Take Three promotion to maximise on the upcoming stays. If you do not have any status with any program, remember you can get SPG Gold (and therefore Marriott Rewards Gold) with just one stay if you have a World MasterCard issued in Asia-Pacific!

The first stay establishes the brand and no bonus points would be posted but you will earn 2,000 points + 2,000 points for each subsequent brand you stay with following that (to maximise this promotion, do 1-night stays!). Remember you can convert your Marriott Rewards points freely into Starpoints at a 3:1 ratio (in 1,000 blocks).

Make sure that the hotel you are staying at is a Participating Hotel for this promotion. If you do not have SPG Gold status yet, this is a great time to take advantage of that World MasterCard promotion which will give you Gold Elite status in just one stay - your stay has to be completed before 14 July 2017!
