Pullman Singapore by AccorHotels to open in 2022 - Singtel Hill Street Site

When local developer EL Development Pte Ltd bought over the Singtel Hill Street site back in 2017, it has already been announced that the plot of land would be used to develop an upscale hotel. Today, AccorHotels and EL Development Pte Ltd have announced that they will build a five-star Pullman Singapore (which will also become Singapore's first Pullman-branded property) that will feature a rooftop bar and executive lounge with sweeping views over Fort Canning, the Singapore River and St Andrew’s Cathedral, along with a vibrant lobby, health and fitness centre and pool.

Pullman is one of the true success stories of the hotel industry and we are delighted to be able to announce our first Pullman for Singapore,” said Michael Issenberg, Chairman and CEO of AccorHotels Asia Pacific. “As the largest hotel operator in Singapore, we believe the new Pullman will fill a gap in the market for a smart, modern hotel that meets the demands of the discerning digital traveller.

The 342-room Pullman Singapore (no image renders yet) is set to open in 2022 after a complete redevelopment of the site. Those of you who are familiar with the site will know that the Pullman Singapore will be located close to Singapore's first Kempinski-branded property, The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore as well as the Grand Park City Hall which is in its final phase of refurbishment. The Pullman brand is one of the fastest-growing upper upscale brands in the world and since launching in Bangkok in 2007, it has become the hotel of choice for a new generation of hyper-connected travellers seeking contemporary design, culture and connectivity in a cosmopolitan atmosphere.
