The Grand Copthorne Waterfront (commonly known as the hotel next to Zouk) overlooks the SIngapore river and is just minutes away from Clarke Quay and Robertson Quay. The Rest and Relax package (from S$336++) offers an urban getaway by the river in an Executive Suite or a Waterfront Suite (at a higher price).
