Crustacean Indulgence at Sheraton Towers Singapore
From 1 October to 30 November 2014, indulge in the most coveted delicacy of the season as hairy crabs return to the dining tables of Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant at Sheraton Towers Singapore. Savour four delectable dishes starring the prized crustaceans specially curated by award-winning Chef Chung Yiu Ming.
New this year, the Braised Bird’s Nest with Hairy Crabmeat and Crab Roe is a luxurious treat - the delicate flavour of bird’s nest is enhanced with the sweet succulence and luscious roe of the crustacean.
Another new exquisite creation is the Braised King Prawn and Sweet Potato topped with Hairy Crabmeat and Crab Roe. The impeccable medley of juicy prawn, pan-fried sweet potato and sautéed spinach crowned with fragrant hairy crabmeat and creamy roe yields a myriad of textures with every bite.
To experience the natural sweetness and distinctive taste of this delicacy, it is best to enjoy the Traditionally Steamed Hairy Crab. As these crabs are known to be ‘cooling’, hot ginger tea will be served to balance your constitution.
