Indonesian Food Festival at the Novotel Singapore Clarke Quay

From 21 October 2015 to 14 November 2015, head down The Square Restaurant at the Novotel Singapore Clarke Quay to sample the top 30 Iconic Dishes from Indonesia. Held in conjunction with the “Indonesian Food Festival” and in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism of Indonesia, this festival aims to showcase the best aspects of Indonesian culinary culture and the region’s specialties.

Inspired by Top Chef Indonesia Celebrity Chef Vindex Tengker, the dishes at The Square Restaurant will feature some of the finest ingredients from the region. Menu highlights include a selection of authentic Indonesian favourites like Ayam Betutu, Kare Kepiting crab in lemongrass and curry coconut gravy, Soto Betawi and Ikan masak woku or tantalise your tastebuds with a range of delicious desserts like Nagasari (steamed rice flour with banana), Klapertart (Young coconut pudding) and Ketas srikaya (Pandanus custard wth sticky rice).
