Update: Enrolment will begin from 9:00AM on 5 November 2026
American Express Singapore has added ALL - Accor Live Limitless (ALL) Gold status to the benefits of its Platinum card family. From 4 November 2026, Basic Card Members of The Platinum Card®, The American Express® Platinum Reserve Credit Card and The American Express® Platinum Credit Card can enrol for complimentary ALL Gold status. This sits alongside a quieter change: Membership Rewards® points can now be transferred to ALL at a rate of 1,000 Membership Rewards points to 400 ALL Reward points.
What ALL Gold Status Gets You
According to American Express, ALL Gold status includes:
Complimentary Wi-Fi
Welcome amenities
Late check-out
Complimentary room upgrades (subject to availability)
Bonus ALL Reward points on stays

On the points front, ALL Gold members earn a 48% bonus over Classic members on eligible stays. Under normal circumstances, earning Gold requires 30 nights or 7,000 Status points in a calendar year, which works out to roughly €2,800 of eligible spend. That is a meaningful amount of hotel spending to bypass with a single registration. Expectations should be calibrated, however. ALL Gold is a mid-tier status, and most of its headline benefits (upgrades, late check-out) are subject to availability. There is no complimentary breakfast or Executive Lounge access at this level; you need ALL Platinum for lounge access. As someone who holds ALL Platinum, I can say the jump from Gold to Platinum is where the programme’s benefits start to feel tangible.
How Amex Platinum’s Hotel Status Line-Up Now Looks
With this addition, The Platinum Card now offers complimentary status across five hotel programmes:
| Hotel Programme | Complimentary Status |
|---|---|
| ALL - Accor Live Limitless | Gold (new) |
| Hilton Honors | Gold |
| Marriott Bonvoy | Gold Elite |
| Pan Pacific DISCOVERY | Platinum |
| Radisson Rewards | Premium |
Accor fills an obvious gap. For Singapore-based travellers, Accor’s footprint across Southeast Asia and Australia is hard to ignore, from Novotel and Pullman properties in Bali and Bangkok to Sofitel, Fairmont and Raffles at the top end. Having Gold status in your back pocket for those stays is a nice addition, even if it will rarely be the deciding factor in a booking.
How to Enrol
There are a few details to get right before you register:
You need an existing ALL membership number. If you do not have one, sign up for a free ALL account first.
Your full name and email address must match across both your American Express and ALL accounts. A mismatch will cause the registration to fail, so check this before you start.
The benefit is for Basic Card Members only. Supplementary Card Members are not eligible.
One point worth noting is that American Express describes this as Gold status rather than a block of status nights. If it works like other gifted statuses, it will not give you a head start towards ALL Platinum. Anyone chasing Platinum would still need to earn the full 60 nights or 14,000 Status points through stays, or lean on something like the ALL Accor+ Explorer membership, which deposits 30 status nights into your account each year.

Membership Rewards to ALL Transfers
Membership Rewards points can be transferred to ALL at 1,000 Membership Rewards points to 400 ALL Reward points. ALL Reward points are redeemed at a fixed value, with 2,000 points worth €40 off a stay. That makes each ALL point worth €0.02, so 1,000 Membership Rewards points converts to €8 of hotel credit (roughly S$12 at current exchange rates). That is about 1.2 cents per Membership Rewards point. This is not a transfer I would make speculatively. For most miles chasers, Membership Rewards points will stretch further when sent to KrisFlyer, Asia Miles or British Airways Avios for premium cabin redemptions. Where the ALL transfer makes sense is topping up a balance that is just short of a redemption, or for someone who simply prefers to offset hotel bills at a predictable value. Bear in mind that ALL points can only be redeemed in blocks of 2,000, so plan transfers in multiples that land you on a usable balance.
ALL Gold is a sensible addition to the American Express Platinum line-up, and it gives the card a status in every major hotel group that matters to Singapore travellers except World of Hyatt and IHG One Rewards. On its own, ALL Gold will not change how you travel, given that its key benefits are availability-based and it stops short of breakfast and lounge access. But as a free registration on a card you already hold, there is no reason to leave it on the table. Enrol, make sure your details match, and enjoy the occasional upgrade on your next Accor stay.
American Express Platinum Card Members in Singapore can now enrol for ALL Accor Gold, adding a fifth hotel status to the card’s line-up. Here is what it is worth.
