6-Course Dinner by Two Star Michelin Chef, Tim Raue at SKIRT (W Singapore Sentosa Cove)

In conjunction with the World Gourmet Summit (WGS) 2015, SKIRT at the W Singapore Sentosa Cove will be presenting a special Epicurean Fusions menu with Tim Raue. Together with hosting chef Andrew Nocente, Time Raue will be curating a six-course dinner which will feature sophisticated interpretations of multiple Asian cuisines from 14-17 April 2015. At the time of writing, 14 April 2015 (Tuesday) is already sold out. 

Known for his oriental approach to cuisine and presented with the honour to showcase his signature style of cooking to US President Barack Obama and a dozen of his guests in Belin back in 2013, Time Raue will be sure to create a fine dining experience that you will remember. Restaurant Tim Raue in Berlin City has been voted as one of the top Chinese restaurants and one of Germany's most innovative restaurants.
