No Dragon Boat Festival is complete without Hua Ting’s signature Rice Dumpling with Roasted Meat in Hong Kong style 香港裹蒸粽 ($22.80). Topping the choice amongst Hua Ting's regulars each year, this rectangular pillow shaped dumpling is packed with freshly roasted duck and pork, dried scallops, mushrooms, salted egg yolk, fragrant chestnuts and dried lotus seeds.
