Taste of Vietnam at Sofitel So Bangkok
Celebrate Vietnam's big day at the Sofitel So Bangkok from 1-7 September 2015! The week long celebration will feature Vietnamese specialties like the chả cá (grilled fish), nem cua bể (spring roll), cơm chiên chay (lotus fried rice) and chuối bọc nếp nướng (grilled banana in rice crust) at the Red Oven located on level 7. These authentic dishes will be prepared by the Vietnamese guest chefs from the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi.
