Expedia on ShopBack is offering up to 8% cashback on eligible bookings. Remember it is highly likely that you will receive 6 miles per dollar spent on Expedia if you pay using your Citi PremierMiles Credit Card (assuming you have registered for the promotion). Therefore, spending S$1,000 on Expedia hotel reservations via ShopBack on the aforementioned credit card should net you the following:
ShopBack Cashback (8%): S$80
Citi Miles: 1,200 (Base) + 4,800 (Bonus) = 6,000
Gift Card = S$50
Expedia+: 1,665 Points
Assuming you have an Expedia+ account (which is free to sign-up), you will also earn 25 points for every S$15 spent on eligible hotel bookings. S$1,000 spend should earn you approximately 1,665 Expedia+ Rewards Points - this is worth roughly S$16.65.
