Completed Accelerate (June-August) 2016 Points now Posting!
I wrote about how your IHG Rewards Club account may have been targeted for the new Accelerate promotions this quarter previously. I logged on to my IHG Rewards Club account today and can confirm that the points are indeed posting - my previous two-night stay at the Holiday Inn Express Singapore Katong has triggered 10,600 out of 55,000 points of my Accelerate offers this quarter.
Accelerate (June to August 2016)
In addition to the above offer, my account was also targeted with the IHG Book Direct offer so I earned 14,000 bonus points (5,000 + 9,000) for booking the two nights separately. Therefore, I have essentially managed to earn 24,600 bonus IHG Rewards Club points from a two-night stay at the Holiday Inn Express Singapore Katong which is not too shabby after all. Now, in order for me to trigger my bonus in the Accelerate offer, I will either have to do a long weekend stay (2 nights) in an InterContinental property or do a long weekend stay (2 nights + 1 night) in any IHG property to trigger 41,200 (+15,000) bonus points.
