The S$100 cash bonus will be awarded to all eligible new-to-card customers upon approval and you must apply in the month of March 2020 - you will also need to activate your credit card within 30 days from the date of approval. While both of the aforementioned credit cards will give you S$100 cash (you can only receive this once), I personally recommend the OCBC Titanium Rewards Card since that earns you 10X OCBC$ for every S$1 that you put towards eligible online and in-store spend. There are only a handful of credit cards in Singapore that will give you 4 miles per dollar and this is one of them.

There are two versions of the OCBC Titanium Rewards Card and it does not matter which one you apply for - the only difference is the colour of the card. Do note that 10X OCBC$ (i.e. 4 miles per dollar) is capped at S$12,000 per membership year so if you do have some huge expenses coming up, it will be a good idea to apply for both the Pink and Blue versions to earn 4 miles per dollar up to S$24,000.
