Diners will be able to enjoy dishes like the Grilled Blue Claws River Prawns, Wok-fried Seafood Hokkien Noodles and Oyster Omelette for a taste of home. Gourmands will also be satisfied with the fiery flavours of the iconic Singapore Chilli Crab, a dish perfected by Chef de Cuisine Howard Leong from sentimental memory. Having grown up in an environment where food was symbolic of love and family, the Chilli Crab was a dish that reminded him of many celebrations and happy occasions.
