The Citi PremierMiles Card is one of the best general spend credit cards in Singapore and the Citi Miles that you earn on this card will never expire. In order to be considered as an eligible new customer for this promotion, you must not currently have an existing Citibank Credit Card account and you must not have terminated one in the last 12 months prior to the commencement of the application period. Existing customers will receive S$30 cash via PayNow.
