Swissotel Merchant Court to Leave Accor Group in April 2022 - Paradox Hotel Group to Manage Property
The Swissotel Merchant Court will leave Accor Group in April 2022 - this means that you will not be able to enjoy your Accor Plus benefits, or earn ALL points from the date of reflag. The current owners of Swissotel Merchant Court have nominated Paradox Hotel Group to manage the property, and starting from April 2022, the property will be reflagged into the Paradox Singapore Merchant Court at Clarke Quay.
At the time of writing, it is unclear whether or not American Express Love Dining privileges will continue at this property following the reflag, but it does seem rather unlikely. Based in British Columbia, Paradox Hotel Group is set to manage two properties in the Asia-Pacific region - the Paradox Singapore Merchant Court at Clarke Quay (from April 2022) and the Paradox Phuket Resort. According to public information available, Paradox is also planning to launch two properties in Malaysia over the next two years, with other developing properties in the pipeline.
