Singapore to get First Aloft-branded Property Late 2023 - Aloft Singapore Novena
Under a new franchise agreement with Luxury Hotels International of Hong Kong and Hiap Hoe, the Ramada by Wyndham Singapore at Zhongshan Park and Days Hotel by Wyndham Singapore at Zhongshan Park will be rebranded into Aloft Singapore Novena, following the expiration of the current management contract.
Aloft is part of Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio of 30 brands and it is positioned as a brand for music lovers and music makers - the lifestyle hotel is known to be designed for the next generation of travellers and it embodies a different design philosophy.
The management contracts for both the Ramada by Wyndham Singapore at Zhongshan Park and Days Hotel by Wyndham Singapore at Zhongshan Park are expected to expire in Q3 2023 and the rebranding of both hotels into the Aloft Singapore Novena is expected to complete in Q4 2023.
There are currently 14 Marriott properties in Singapore (but The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore does not officially participate in the Marriott Bonvoy program) and the Aloft Singapore Novena will provide more options to international travellers visiting once the rebrand is complete. It is unclear at this stage whether any major refurbishments are planned for the upcoming Aloft Singapore Novena but the reflagging of the property will likely provide an alternative mattress run opportunity for Singapore residents looking for something closer to home.
Planning a beach day can seem simple, but unexpected issues often arise. Mornington Peninsula’s beaches are popular, which means dealing with potential crowds, fluctuating weather, and poor preparation can easily ruin your outing. Arriving late might lead to parking challenges, and picking the wrong beach can limit your planned activities. Many forget important items that could make or break their beach experience, leading to stress and missed opportunities for relaxation.
