POSB/DBS Salary & Spend Promotion: Get up to S$500 Cash Reward (Register and Credit Salary by 31 October 2024)
Crediting your salary to the right bank account in Singapore unlocks bonus interest on an eligible savings account and if you do not currently have a salary crediting arrangement linked to a POSB/DBS account, you will be eligible to receive up to S$500 cash reward by doing so before 31 October 2024.

There are two components to the POSB/DBS Salary & Spend Promotion:
Credit your salary of S$1,600 or more via GIRO with transaction code “SAL”/“PAY” for 3 consecutive months: S$300 Cash Reward
Spend a minimum of S$500 monthly for 3 consecutive months across your POSB/DBS Credit and Debit Cards, starting from the month after your first salary credit: S$200 Cash Reward
Regardless of whether you plan on spending S$500 monthly on your POSB/DBS credit and debit cards, crediting your salary (minimum of S$1,600) for three consecutive months upon promotion registration will get you S$300 cash reward. Do note that you will have to register and have your first salary (for the purpose of this promotion) credited by 31 October.
As we are already halfway into September 2024, it really depends on whether you are able to get your HR department to credit your salary into a POSB/DBS account this month. If you are able to register and get your salary credited in September 2024, you will have to keep this arrangement through November 2024 to receive the S$300 cash reward. Additionally, if you wish to benefit from a further S$200 cash reward, you will also have to spend at least S$500 per month on eligible POSB/DBS credit and debit cards from October December to December 2024. I would personally recommend getting the DBS Woman’s World Card to earn 4 miles per dollar on all eligible online purchases (capped at S$1,500 spend per calendar month).
