Emirates Launches New First Class Loungewear, Amenities & Bedding

f you have flown Emirates First Class recently, you will know that the experience is already one of the most polished in the sky. However, the Dubai-based carrier is not resting on its laurels. Beginning December 2025 this month, Emirates is rolling out a refreshed suite of amenities designed to improve sleep quality and comfort on board, with even more enhancements scheduled for early 2026. The update focuses heavily on the soft product which includes the loungewear, bedding, and small touches that often make the difference between a good flight and a great one.

For many travellers, the highlight of the update will be the new First Class loungewear. Emirates has moved away from its previous moisturising pyjamas to a new collection crafted from super-soft modal. This premium fabric uses traceable botanic fibres sourced from sustainably grown beech trees, which offers a breathable and temperature-regulating finish which is ideal for the often fluctuating cabin temperatures.

The sets feature a relaxed top and bottom silhouette with a fluid drape. The women’s set comes in a soft blush pink and light grey, while the men’s version features a two-tone grey palette. Naturally, these are paired with matching slippers (featuring a plush inner sole) and an eye mask lined with ultra-soft silk-feel fabric. These new amenity kits are available on select long-haul flights starting this month.

From 2026 onwards, the sleeping surface itself will see a significant upgrade. Emirates is introducing premium 300-thread-count cotton bed linen, including new pillows, duvet covers, and mattress covers. The turndown service continues to mimic a five-star hotel suite, featuring a BYREDO Chamomile Pillow Mist placed on the duvet fold and a wellness card. The airline is also rotating its luxury chocolate selection for the turndown service, featuring premium chocolatiers such as Valrhona, Canonica, Coco Jalila, and Neuhaus.

The iconic A380 Shower Spa is also getting a facelift. The display units have been refreshed with a speckled stone aesthetic to match the retrofitted aircraft interiors. More importantly, Emirates is continuing its partnership with luxury Irish skincare brand VOYA with two new fragrance collections:

  • Tranquillity: Scented with lavender and eucalyptus (calming).

  • Revitalise: Scented with honeysuckle and neroli (uplifting).

These ranges will include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturiser, and face wash.

Rounding out the updates are enhancements to the dining and entertainment experience. New crystal-cut glassware will be used to serve spirits and cocktails, including a new brandy balloon glass specifically for the exclusive Hennessy Paradis Cognac. In early 2026, the audio experience will also be upgraded with the next-generation Bowers & Wilkins E2 headphones, custom-tuned for Emirates First Class suites with advanced noise cancellation and a voice transparency mode to communicate with crew without removing the headset.
