The flight must depart from Mainland China or Hong Kong. A return flight originating from Singapore (e.g., SIN-HKG-SIN) will not qualify. The rebate is only applicable to Standard Awards on Cathay Pacific-operated flights and one-way bookings are excluded from this specific promotion. You must have the full amount of miles in your account to book and the rebated miles will be credited back by 31 May 2026.
While this promotion is geographically restricted to flights departing from Hong Kong and China, a 30% rebate is exceptionally high for Cathay Pacific.
