Ever since the acquisition of Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in 2015, everyone has been interested in knowing what would InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) do to the brand. Amongst us loyalty program chasers, we were curious to know whether or not the loyalty programs would merge. Now, we finally have some visibility over what is coming. Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is going global with the introduction of the brand's first hotel outside of the Americas - Amsterdam.
