AccorHotels Group has finalised the acquisition of FRHI Hotels & Resorts which includes the three prestigious and established luxury hotel brands: Fairmont, Raffles and Swissôtel. The addition of these properties and room inventories makes AccorHotels the largest operator of hotels in Singapore, with a grand total of 5400 rooms.

Following the recent acquisition by AccorHotels, FRHI Hotels & Resorts has just announced a brand new lifestyle hotel brand, NEQTA Hotels. This joint venture with China’s Jiangsu Golden Land Group will see the introduction of upper mid-scale hotels located in some of the most in-demand destinations across China.

Following the sensational news of Marriott acquiring Starwood not too long ago, AccorHotels has just announced the acquisition of Fairmont Raffles Hotels International (FRHI) which is currently present in 34 countries and featuring three luxury hotel brands: Raffles, Fairmont and Swissôtel.
