Anyone that has been to Melt Cafe (located inside the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore) knows that the Indian food there is amazing (even on a normal day!). So when I got news that Indian Specialty Chef Santosh Kumar is currently showcasing a wider variety of Indian cuisine at the Melt Cafe from 16 to 31 May 2016, you can imagine my excitement! While there isn't a wine-pairing dinner this year (unlike last year), you should still expect a feast to remember. 

MELT ~ The World Café is one of my favourite hotel buffets in Singapore. On Sundays, it offers a luxurious Champagne Brunch experience and from time to time, they feature special chefs and quality restaurants from around the region.
