6-Course Dinner by Two Star Michelin Chef, Tim Raue at SKIRT (W Singapore Sentosa Cove)
In conjunction with the World Gourmet Summit (WGS) 2015, SKIRT at the W Singapore Sentosa Cove will be presenting a special Epicurean Fusions menu with Tim Raue. Together with hosting chef Andrew Nocente, Time Raue will be curating a six-course dinner which will feature sophisticated interpretations of multiple Asian cuisines from 14-17 April 2015.
