Stay Once for at least 3,000 KrisFlyer Miles on Kaligo

I have always been a strong advocate for Kaligo because it offers up to 12 miles per S$1 spent on hotel reservations. In fact, quite recently as part of my article on 6 ways to earn more miles this year, I mentioned that sometimes not having a hotel loyalty status is a good thing to have. From now until 29 February 2016, make your first booking on Kaligo and get 3,000 bonus KrisFlyer Miles. If you spend US$1,000 during this promotional period, you will get a total of 10,000 bonus KrisFlyer Miles!

Instead of putting that money into an investment, did you know that you can purchase the Gold Elite status from Accor for a mere €90?

4 Miles per S$1 on Overseas Spend and Visa payWave - UOB Visa Signature Card

If you tend to spend between S$1,000 to S$2,000 each month in foreign currency (do note this includes foreign currencies at merchants with payment gateway in Singapore), you can easily earn up to 4 miles per S$1 (or 5% rebate) each month. The UOB Visa Signature is not a card that is often being mentioned but yet it is one of the rare few cards in the market that gives you 4 miles per S$1 (even online transactions!) which is issued in UOB UNI$ (similar to other UOB credit cards) that you can redeem for miles or cash back (effectively 5%).
