Hotel Review: Pan Pacific Melbourne (Pacific Club Room) - Short Walk from the City with Great Views!

The Pan Pacific Melbourne was rebranded from the Hilton Melbourne South Wharf (which I have personally stayed in at least three times) back in 2017 and ever since then, the property has gone through refurbishment to ensure that both the hardware and software are in line with the Pan Pacific brand globally. I flew in to Melbourne on Emirates and since I was traveling on Business Class, I got to enjoy a complimentary chauffeur-drive service from the airport to a place of my choice. Check out my review of the Pacific Club King Room here at the Pan Pacific Melbourne!

Hotel Review: Element Kuala Lumpur (One Bedroom Skyline Suite) - Large and Affordable Hotel near KLCC

As some of you may already know, I went to Kuala Lumpur for two consecutive weekends in order to complete a status challenge with Starwood Preferred Guest before the official merger that took place sometime in August. Since I have never stayed in an Element-branded property before and the one in Kuala Lumpur looks pretty nice, I decided to book the One Bedroom Skyline Suites at the Element Kuala Lumpur for the weekend. Hotel Review: JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach (Premier Marina Bay View Room)

As a newly-minted Platinum Elite member in the Marriott Rewards program, I was eager to test out some of the benefits here in Singapore - it only makes sense to invest a good amount of money each year in selected loyalty programs if you are going to make use of the benefits that come with the status that you have worked so hard for. Since I have personally stayed in most of the Marriott International properties (including those from Starwood) here in Singapore, I opted for the JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach since I have not actually done a proper stay here.

Hotel Review: Conrad Centennial Singapore (Centennial Suite) - Refurbished Suite with Views of Fountain of Wealth

Ever since the Conrad Centennial Singapore completed a series of refurbishments, I have been back on multiple occasions - I love the location of the property since there are various great restaurants which I like in the vicinity and more importantly, the Hilton Honors program is one that I try to achieve at least Gold each year. In fact, with my recent successes with getting pre-upgraded even as a Gold member, I may look towards obtaining Diamond for the year ahead by switching some stays over from Hyatt to Hilton. I have previously stayed in a Centennial Suite approximately three years ago but this year was the first time that i actually stayed in a recently-refurbished one.

Hotel Review: Six Senses Duxton (Duxton Duplex Suite) - Luxury Hotel with Sustainability Focus

The Six Senses Duxton is the first city property for Six Senses and it is also one of the most highly-anticipated hotels to open in Singapore this year. The Six Senses Duxton has been sustainably-restored by famous British designer, Anouska Hempel and it features a synthesis of Chinese, Malay and European design elements. The Six Senses Maxwell (which is just located a couple of minutes away on foot) is slated to open in October 2018 and guests staying in either property will be able to enjoy all the amenities across both hotels. Check out my review of the Duxton Duplex Suite here!
