Scoot has finally teamed up with KrisFlyer to allow all members to earn and redeem KrisFlyer miles on all eligible Scoot flights. Depending on the itinerary of your flight, mileage accrual could be in the form of actual dollar spend or based on fare class and distance travelled. Redeeming KrisFlyer miles on Scoot is only possible via Miles and Cash payment or via Scoot Vouchers (which will be made available until 25 May 2018 only).

Scoot to replace SilkAir for Langkawi Flights from April 2018

It was announced last year that Singapore Airlines and SilkAir customers can access codeshare destinations with Scoot but it seems like Scoot will be taking over the existing service by SilkAir for the Singapore (SIN) to Langkawi (LGK) route. SilkAir currently operates this route three times a week and it is expected to be active until 8 April 2018. Following that, Scoot will increase overall frequency for three to six times a week from 11 April 2018.
